When you use our enquiry form we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given) and your message.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. If you become a client, information needed to provide our services is covered by our engagement letter and client privacy notice.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a form-processing provider. We do not sell your information, and we do not otherwise share it unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months.
